The scheduled meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was conducted on this 15th of July, 2023. The meeting was chaired by HOA President Jones, with a quorum of homeowners in attendance.
After call to order, the transcripts from the previous meeting were reviewed and accepted with some amendments.
- Ms. Jones, gave a summarized financial report outlining the current state of the homeowner association's funds.
- Several homeowners raised concerns regarding upcoming developments in the neighborhood, including the proposed tennis court construction and streetlight regulations.
- The board addressed the homeowner's questions, providing updates about the projects.
Following the conversation, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for September, 2023.

Suggested Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Board of Directors is presently discussing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed changes are designed to enhance the value of life for all residents while addressing current concerns and promoting a thriving community.
- Within the proposed amendments are standards related to landscaping, quiet hours, and vehicle placement.
- The HOA encourages all residents to peruse the proposed amendments carefully and forward their feedback by September 1st.
- A community forum will be scheduled on July 20th to discuss the proposed amendments in further elaboration.
Additional information regarding the proposed amendments can be found on the HOA's digital portal. Residents are strongly encouraged to engage in this important process.
Sherwood Lakes Community Beautification Project
Our dedicated community members are coming together to check here make Sherwood Lakes a more picturesque place to live. The Beautification Project aims to enhance the visual appeal of our community by installing flowers, cleaning up public zones, and supporting a sense of pride.

Sherwood Lakes HOA Board Election Updates
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is right around the corner. This year, we encourage all homeowners to participate in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Tuesday, November 7th, with voting taking place from noon to 8:00 PM at the HOA Office.
A list of the running candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and posted throughout the community by October 1st. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please contact the HOA board directly. We look forward to a successful and transparent election!
